8 ounce refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 ounces ground pork sausage-cooked and drained
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Press dough by hand in a 12-inch pizza pan to form crust. Top with sausage and hash browns (can also use fresh cubed potatoes, fried until almost done) In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese (can add more if you so desire). Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve with Parmesan cheese.
Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (5 oz)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup) ****This can easily be left out*****
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
6 oz. American cheese loaf, cut into 1/2-inch cubes ***or use any cheese you prefer****
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package using minimum cook time.
Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion, salt and pepper in butter, stirring occasionally, until onion is crisp-tender. ***skip this step if not using onion***
In small bowl, mix flour and milk until smooth; stir into onion mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in macaroni. Into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserol dish, spoon macaroni mixture.
Bake about 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
Homemade Laundry Soap
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup fabric softener of your choice
2 cups water
Spray bottle (This can be bought at the Dollar Store)
Mix all ingredients together in the spray bottle and then shake. **Reminder-Shake each time before using**
Laundry Soap
1 cup Borax
1 cup Arm & Hammer Washing soda (Can be bought at Ace Hardware)
1 cup grated unscented soap (Can use Ivory bar soap)
Mix all ingredients well. Can use 1 tablespoon for each load of clothes-if clothes are muddy/greasy then use 2 tablespoons.
Dishwasher Soap Powder
1 cup Borax
1 cup Baking soda
1 cup Sea Salt or Kosher Salt mix
Mix all ingredients well. Use 1 tablespoon per load of dishes.
